[6168] Senior Asset Manager (Project Support)

The Role
This is a senior PMO / project support role within a NATO environment, focused on supporting multiple projects through planning, coordination, reporting, and information management. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised, on track, and properly documented across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives
• Maintain and configure project tools (MS Project, ServiceNow)
• Manage project documentation, SharePoint sites, and information registers
• Ensure data quality, document control, and adherence to processes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates
• Coordinate resource planning and track availability across projects
• Organise meetings, schedules, travel, and logistics
• Support risk, issue, and change management activities
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and process documentation
• Act as a key coordination point between teams, stakeholders, and service areas
Requirements
• Active NATO SECRET clearance (required at submission)
• 5–7+ years’ experience in project support / PMO roles
• Strong experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Proven background in information management and SharePoint
• Experience supporting resource planning and coordination
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desirable
• Experience in NATO, defence, or large international organisations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Experience in SharePoint governance and data management
• Background in logistics, asset management, or resource coordination
Key Details
• Full-time on-site role in Mons, Belgium
• Candidates must manage their own work eligibility in Belgium
• Contract may extend depending on performance and budget
